How are your products different?

Are the products free of fragrances?
Yes. Every product created by Celsaderm is completely free of fragrances, dyes, alcohol, parabens, sulfates, essential oils, and known allergens.

Does the products contain certified organic ingredients?
Yes. Many of our products are formulated with certified organic ingredients and / or wholesome natural ingredients.

What sizes are available

Product sizes are available in 1 fl.oz (1 fluid ounces) and goes up to 4 fl. oz (4 fluid ounces).


Orders / Shipping / Returns


How are my products shipped?
At this time, Celsaderm is only able to accept and deliver orders within the United States (this includes APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses).  For shipping packages, a flat-rate shipping method is utilized via the United States Postal Service. Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days from ship date.

Does Celsaderm collect sales tax?
Yes. Celsaderm is required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped within the state of Florida (where our corporate office is headquartered).

Does Celsaderm accept international orders?
I would like to apologize, but at this time Celsaderm is currently unable to accept orders for delivery to international addresses outside of the United States.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Celsaderm Skincare purchase(s), please return used or unused package to: Celsaderm LLC Returns Department, P.O. Box 35 Holder, FL 34445. For prompt and accurate delivery, returns should be sent via the United States Postal Service and insured for your protection. Please include your online purchase receipt with all returns. I apologize, but return shipping fees are not refundable.

Please explain the process for damaged packages.
If your package is damaged in shipment by the carrier, please notify me immediately at kdgates@celsaderm.com.  The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
